Most people think of habits in a negative light. Drinking, drugs, gambling, and overeating are what pops into the mind of most of us when habits are mentioned.

Choosing and implementing effective habits can change your life in incredible ways and Self-Mastery is really only about one thing: mastering your emotions. That means learning to control your emotions and to make the best decisions regardless of your emotions. When you can choose and perform effective actions, you can create whatever habits you need in order to achieve your goals.
