Do You Believe in the Law of Attraction?

law-of-attractionThere is a wide belief by many in the phrase, “what goes around comes around.” What you put out into the universe you will get back in abundance. If you give you will get. Conversely, if you take, you will have everything taken away from you.

Thoughts can be considered transmissions out into the universe. If you put out negative thoughts, you set up the environment to receive negativity. And if you send out positive thoughts, you can expect positive energy to return to you. Which type of transmission will you broadcast?

There are those that don’t believe in this concept and pass off the law of attraction as hokum. They will do all they can to make others believe that it doesn’t work and that it’s a waste of time. If you know people like this, observe what kind of life they are living. Are they happy? How about successful? Do bad things tend to find them all of the time?

The question for these disbelievers is what can it hurt to maintain a positive outlook? Who would you rather hang out with, people that project positivity or people that put everything and everyone down? There’s a good chance that you would choose the positive people.

Another aspect to this is, what if it turns out there really is something to the theory of the law of attraction? Wouldn’t you rather be on the good side of that situation? Overall, being someone who creates a positive environment is going to be more attractive to others. In turn, they will be liked more and get more of what they want. So even just from an intuitive stance, you can see that there is some truth to the theory.

Some people will refer to this concept as karma. It is certainly similar and has the same end results. Put out bad karma and you should expect to get much of that in return. Put out good karma and this will flow to you in abundance.

There are plenty of books on how to use the law of attraction to your benefit. You may think these aren’t needed but it does require looking at life from a different perspective and shifting your beliefs towards positive thinking. It’s definitely worth exploring some of these books as they can give ideas and exercises on becoming and staying positive. It won’t hurt to at least give it a try.
