I Push Myself to Discover My Limits
I believe in myself. There are very few things that I am incapable of achieving. Even in unknown territory, I approach challenges with confidence. I realize that I am made for as much success as my determination allows.
When I feel overwhelmed, I take a moment to rest. I realize that frustration sets in when I am tired, so I rest instead of giving up. Once I am able to reenergize myself, I resume my journey to success.
My resolve is heightened after a break and I am able to achieve beyond my expectations.
Deadlines at work are sometimes stressful, but I avoid caving in to the pressure. I find creative ways to cope with the stress. When I use my creativity to help me through tough times, I find myself achieving my goals more easily.
I know I have what it takes to tackle any difficulty that comes my way.
I learn new things about my strength when
I confront a challenge head on. Even when I feel fearful, I refuse to cower.
Today, I am a force to be reckoned with.
My capabilities far exceed what I have already accomplished. I am capable enough to take on the next challenge that comes my way. My limits go as far as I push myself to go.
Self-Reflection Questions:
1. What external factors help to drive my determination to succeed?
2. Have I ever achieved something greater than expected? How did I do it?
3. How do I know when I have reached my limit in a particular situation?
