The way I treat myself serves as a guide for how others ought to treat me. I am diligent in being good to myself so I set the right example for those around me. Self-gifting is a great way for me to embrace my worth. 

On random occasions, I give myself a chance to indulge in the luxuries of life. It is important to nurture an attitude of self-appreciation. 

When I feel tired at the end of a work day, I take time to pamper myself. Spa treatments at home help to relax and soothe me. They restore my feeling of well-being and prepare me for whatever challenges lie ahead. 

Personal successes at work deserve personal recognition. I am proud of my ability to accomplish goals in a professional environment. 

Taking time to reward myself for achieving greatness encourages me to keep going. I am naturally driven, but I feel more incentivized to push myself when I look forward to my rewards. The added boost helps me to feel like I am capable of anything I undertake. 

Treating myself represents self-acceptance and pride in the person I am. 

Today, I remind myself that I am a valuable human being. Being kind to myself is a symbol of showing love and watching it return only good things. My life is so much more fulfilling because I take the time to place value on myself.
