I Sincerely Express My Feelings to Others
I focus each day on living an authentic life. It is important to me to show others the truest version of myself.
Even when my feelings are unfavorable others, I am committed to expressing them. When I am true to myself, I gain the respect of my peers and colleagues.
I avoid painting a picture of false reality to those around me. There is more value in my honest opinion than there is in just telling someone what they want to hear. Even constructive criticism is more readily received when the recipient knows it is coming from my heart with good intentions.
When someone offends me, I point it out. I want others to understand how I prefer to be treated. Being clear about what I deserve shows others that my feelings count as much as theirs.
I offer sincere congratulations to anyone who achieves success. Even when a competitor prevails over me, I share positive feelings with them.
The positive words and feelings I share with others come back to me in how I am treated. I am a firm believer that I get what I give out in life.
Today, I acknowledge that honesty is truly the best policy. I commit to being direct and sincere so others understand where I am coming from. Expressing my sincere feelings ensures that I am always true to myself.
