I Spread Happy Vibes

I enjoy spreading happiness. I leave behind a trail of smiles as I go through my day. 

I listen attentively. I let others know that I am interested in what they have to say. I focus on their message instead of rehearsing my response. I nod enthusiastically and ask relevant questions. 

I share my skills and experience. I show a neighbor how to back up their computer files. I give my sister my favorite cookie recipe. 

I accept a favor. I give others the opportunity to enjoy feeling competent and generous. 

I hand out sincere compliments. I tell the supermarket manager that I appreciate their customer service. 

I say something nice online. I retweet a message from a friend who’s trying to launch a new business. I vote up a comment from a stranger who offers useful information. 

I share a laugh. I send my hairdresser a video of cats brushing their own hair. 

I express my gratitude. I tell my kids how they make my day less stressful when they clean up their room. I thank my parents for their love and guidance. I visit them regularly and send cards in between holidays. 

I throw a party. I introduce my wonderful friends to each other. I provide an opportunity to relax, eat delicious foods, and dance. 

Today, I share my happiness with others. Doing good makes me feel good.
