My Friends Tell Me the Truth
It is easy to tell others what they want to hear. My friends are the ones who tell me the truth. They know me and care about my wellbeing. Their insights help me to understand myself and change my behavior. I am grateful for their feedback.
I accept their criticism gracefully. I know that my friends have my best interests at heart. A little temporary discomfort is a small price to pay for deepening our connections and picking up valuable lessons.
I manage my emotions. When I feel angry or hurt, I pause so I can calm down. I take a deep breath and calm my mind.

I follow up. I thank my friends for their assistance. I use their wisdom to make positive changes in my life. I ask them for their support and encouragement when I am struggling.
I also take pleasure in sincere compliments.
My friends share my joy when I am making progress. Their praise lifts my spirits.
Today, I let my friends know how much I value their input and insight. It takes courage and kindness to tell me the truth. Their generosity enriches my life. I know that my friends accept me as I am while challenging me to grow.
