More Blessings Are Coming My Way


I am excited about the blessings that today brings. I see abundance all around me. 

Expressing my gratitude makes me more aware of how rich I am. I notice the good things in my life, and I look for ways to increase my good fortune. I know that my efforts are rewarded. 

I take care of my mental and physical health. I relieve stress in constructive ways like practicing deep breathing or taking a refreshing walk. I nourish my body with a balanced diet of whole foods. I get plenty of sleep and rest. 

I cultivate my relationships. My family and friends fill my life with joy and purpose. I thank them by returning their love and support. 

I engage in meaningful work and leisure activities. I stretch my skills and find satisfaction in pursuing my goals. I prepare to take on greater challenges. 

I focus on my spiritual wellbeing. I pray and meditate. I gather together with other members of my faith community for worship and discussion. The more I learn, the stronger my faith grows. My beliefs sustain me during tough times. 

Being generous and mindful attracts even more blessings. When I share my time and resources with others, I feel happier. When I pay attention to the present moment, I enjoy myself more. 

Today, I open my heart to receiving the blessings that are in store for me. My optimism gives me courage and hope. I expect good things to happen.
