Putting the Law of Attraction to Work for You

law-of-attractionIn this blog post I want to talk about the law of attraction and, in particular, how you can put the law of attraction to work for you.

Now, what is the law of attraction? Well, it basically states that every event that happens in your life, good or bad, is attracted by you. You bring these things towards yourself, and so you attract all the good things into your life, like money, wealth, happiness, good fortune, and you attract all the bad things in your life, like debt, hassle, misfortune, failure and so on. Basically, all the things that come into your life you attract towards you through your thoughts and your actions.

So, you need to use the law of attraction, not just to attract the things that you WANT in your life, but also to repel the things that you DON’T WANT in your life. Now, lots of people are very cynical about all this. They think it is all mumbo jumbo, or a lot of New Age nonsense, but it is not. It does really work and you need to keep an open mind about it. And if you do, and you start putting it to work, you will find that you will start to have the things that you want and you will repel the things that you don’t want.

How to Put the Law of Attraction to Work

So, how do you put the law of attraction to work for you?

Well, the first thing you want to do is to get in the right frame of mind. You want to relax, stop worrying and banish any negative thoughts from your mind. You need to think about the good things that you want in your life and you have to believe that you are going to get them. Think about how you feel when you are 100% sure that you are going to get something. That is the sort of mindset that you need to have.

And you want to trust yourself. You want to trust that you know that you are going to get what you want. Think about what you are going to get rather than how you are going to get it.

You should also focus on solutions instead of problems. Have faith that any problems that you are going to encounter are going to correct themselves along the way, and that you will be able to plug any gaps as you go along. And if you have any setbacks, regard then as lessons to be learned, not as failure.

You should also have a strong reason as to why you should succeed. Why do you deserve those good things that you want in your life? And some people find it useful to repeat a mantra from time to time. Something like “I am very lucky…money, wealth and good fortune flow to me in abundance.” And you keep repeating that to yourself over and over again when ever you have a spare moment, because it focuses your mind and gets you into the right mental state.

Show Gratitude

Now, when you achieve your goal, then you should be grateful. Show gratitude for the fact that you have achieved your goal, and then you want to build on your success to reach even greater heights. So once you have achieved the thing you want, you should think about the next step that you want to take to go on to do more. And as you start getting this good fortune in your life you will find that you will attract more and more.

To see an example of this, look at successful entrepreneurs like Richard Branson. You will find that they just go from success to success to success. Occasionally, they may suffer a setback, like one of their businesses doesn’t do well, but they learn from that mistake and move on to bigger and better things. They don’t regard it as failure.

It is really only a state of mind that you get into that pretty much guarantees that you are going to be successful because you look at things in a different way to people who are downbeat and seem to carry the weight of the world on their shoulders. And once you have decided to implement this, don’t put it off. Keep on doing it and eventually you will find that the law of attraction starts to attract the good things into your life.
